| February 28, 2010 EAST WALKER RIVER- The East is running at 26cfs today. The fishing has been very good lately as well! There's lots of baetis hatching and the action has been very good both nymphing and fishing dries on top. The only thing we haven't heard too much about so far is the streamer fishing, but with the weather warming up that should start to take off anytime. SCEIRINE RANCH - The ranch has been fishing well lately also, mostly the same patterns as the Cali side of the river, less pressure and some great water! HUNEWILL POND - The pond is frozen now, probably until sometime in March. I'll start checking in early March and let you know when it thaws! BRIDGEPORT RESERVOIR - Closed until the end of April. KIRMAN LAKE -Closed until the end of April. TWIN LAKES - Closed until the end of April. WEST WALKER RIVER - Closed until the end of April. VIRGINIA LAKES - Closed until the end if April. |

| FYI July 11, 2009 - The Bridgeport Fish Enhancement Foundation recently planted 700 pounds worth of 3/4 lb rainbows in Bridgeport Reservoir and Virginia Creek, as well as approximately 1000 browns in Virginia Creek and 2000 browns in Robinson Creek, these browns were also around 3/4 lb.
